Special Nozzles

Steam Injector

Siddharth designed steam injector is designed specifically to prevent noise during injection of steam. Provide maximum heat transfer with minimum pressure loss. Steam injectors are commonly used in industrial practices. i.e.
1) Direct steam injection into cold liquids / vapours.
2) Heating up liquid medium by means of steam.
3) Boiler feed water heating.
4) Preparation of hot water.
5) Re-cooling of steam.
6) Dye liquor preparation in textiles.
7) Heating viscous aqueous solutions.
8) Feeding oxygen in filter plants.
9) Feeding of CO2 in NaOH.
10) Feeding of flue gas into lime wash (De-sulfurization).
11) Steam dispersion in non-aqueous liquid, etc...
Material of construction depends on the liquid to be heated. It could be S.S.304/316, C.S, Incolloy, Hastalloy etc.

Multiple Full Cone

Siddharth Multiple Full cone nozzles create a dense fog spray of small sized droplets. It is a cluster of 7 hollow cone nozzles overlapping each other that produces this fine atomizing spray. This nozzle is specially used for atomizing very high capacity of liquids that cannot be achieved through a single orifice.

Application: Desuperheating, dust suppression, cooling of steam, gaseous and solid material, mass transfer of gas etc.

Clip On (Polypropylene)

The clip eyelet clamp is designed for easy installment and removal from the header. The steel clamp provided is S.S. grade with spring tension. It fits on 1”/ 1.1/4” and 1.1/2” NB pipes. This clip eyelet is used in conjunction with a swivel ball and a retainer nut. Different types of nozzles i.e.: Flat fan, Hollow cone and Full cone can be fitted on to this swivel ball and the same can be swiveled to an angle of 60º. The desired position can then be maintained by tightening the retainer cap.

Tank Eductor

Siddharth water jet Eductors find their application mainly in lifting, pumping, mixing and agitating of liquids. Construction of these nozzles is into three parts.
(1) A converging nozzle
(2) A venturi and
(3) The body, which holds these parts together providing a mixing chamber. The working principle which involves passing pressurized liquid through the nozzle to entrain another liquid, mix the two and discharge the mixture against a counter pressure.
Eductors can be made from any machinable material depending on service conditions.Usually being manufactured in cast iron, S.S., fiberglass etc.

Cluster Jet Full Cone

The Full Cone cluster jet nozzle consists of 7 full cone nozzles fitted on to the nozzle body. These nozzles are interchangeable and provide a dense spray with a large coverage in a shower like pattern. The 7 nozzles over lapping each other generate a tremendous fog. A variation of fine or large droplet size atomization can be obtained varying the flow capacity

Fog Jet

Siddharth Fog Jet nozzles create a dense fog spray of small sized droplets. It is a cluster of multiple Flat fan nozzles whose dense impact produces this fine atomizing spray. This nozzle is specially used for atomizing very high capacity of liquids that cannot be achieved through a single orifice.

Application: Desuperheating, dust suppression, cooling of steam, gaseous and solid material, mass transfer of gas etc.

High Impact Trigger Operated Gun

The Trigger gun is designed for high impact washing. Its body can withstand high impacts and pressures. The gun is easily operated by sliding the trigger. The choice of nozzle required to create the required impact is fitted on to the gun head. These guns are available in a standard end connection of ¼ 1/4“BSP (F).

Wind Jet

The Wind jet nozzles are mainly used for applications such as drying, cooling, blowing off etc. of products and related processes. When compressed air is passed through the fine orifices a flat stream of high impact jets are formed. These jets make it suitable for such applications. It is available in an end connection of 1/4” BSP (M) in G.F.P.P. material.
