FINE ATOMIZING HOLLOW CONE
This fine atomizing hollow cone as the name suggests provides the finest droplet size thereby improving the atomization. An internal vane provided controls the discharge and forms the uniform hollow distribution pattern. Since these nozzles are used where minimum flow rates are required a filter is suggested to be provided at the supply line to prevent clogging.

 

 

INLINE ENTRY HOLLOW CONE

SPIRAL HOLLOW CONE
Spiral hollow cones deliver a fine high velocity spray at comparatively low pressures. The uniform distribution of spray droplets is mainly due to the precisely designed blade angles. The special feature of these nozzles is that they give high energy efficiency and very fine atomization. The absence of any inserts provides maximum passage for the liquid making it clog resistant.

 

 

WALL MOUNTING
This is a conventional Tangential hollow cone nozzle with a wall mounting feature. This designed connection is useful where nozzles have to be installed onto the exterior of the vessel or pipeline into which the nozzle will spray.

 

 

TANGENTIAL ENTRY NON CLOGGING HOLLOW CONE
These tangential nozzles have a maximum free passage at their inlet. The flow characteristics are achieved by the outlet orifice. Their design geometry provides a well balanced uniform atomization. Absence of any inserts and large free passage rotation prevents the nozzle from clogging. These are made available in end connections from 1”BSP /NPT (F) to 3” BSP (F)

 

 

HOLLOW CONE WITH TUNGSTEN CARBIDE INSERT
This Hollow Cone is made up of a S.S. body, which houses the Tungsten Carbide orifice and the Tungsten Carbide circulation chamber. The other half is a socket which consists of the end connection at one end and at the other a compression spring to hold the orifice and the circulation chamber in place. This nozzle is operated at high pressures to achieve fine atomized sprays or sharp edged impacts. The flow rates can be varied by varying the orifice diameter or circulation chamber diameter or both.
